I was looking at golf carts and came across Velocity Golf Carts by chance , I went in to see what they had . I was impressed with the look of the carts , the guys were very nice and easy to speak with. I went back three times before I finally bought a cart from them. Each time they were professional and friendly. They answered my questions about the carts. What really sold me was. The ability to have the cart look the way I wanted! They painted my new golf cart the same color as my new car! This was at no extra cost to me . I have had my cart for a few months now, they were in the area and stopped by to help me with putting my license plate on my cart and adjust a door in the dash. The buying process was easy and fast, I enjoyed working with them and do recommend this store to my friends.

The golf carts we owned in the past were all missing something we wanted. Not the case with our Venom cart from Velocity!
After visiting local dealers and searching the classifieds we found Velocity in surprise.
From the moment we walked into the showroom we were wowed by the carts and impressed with the owners! We knew our search was over.
We have had our cart a couple of months and love it! It’s look and ride are both amazing!
And…Brady delivered it to our home the day we bought it.
As an afterthought, we decided to add an accessory golf tray, he came to us and installed it the same day.
If you are looking for a golf cart don’t make a decision without visiting the guys at Velocity!

The level of service that I received from Brady at Legacy Carts was over and above anything I’ve ever experienced when making a purchase decision in this price range. The golf cart at my rental house in Surprise Arizona died while I was away in Mexico. I needed to get a replacement cart immediately because my tenants rely on it for golfing and also for getting around. I contacted four companies and Brady responded to my inquiry immediately. I know very little about golf carts and he was patient as a saint with all my goofy questions. He was not putting any type of sales pressure on me whatsoever, rather was just answering ALL my questions and providing information so that I could make an educated decision. I was going to buy at 2plus2, until Brady took it upon himself to call my HOA to confirm whether that length of cart was allowed on the HOA courses. When he informed me that it was not, I was honestly very disappointed! Brady however was able to quickly connect me with a different cart at a great price! Again, if he hadn’t called them, I would have bought a cart which would not have been permitted on my HOA courses!
The fact that Legacy has free area delivery, plus a warranty that if anything ever happens to the cart, they’ll come pick it up same day and fix it for free… well, that was hard to resist! I got a great price on my cart and my tenants were over the moon happy!
Not only that, Brady assisted me with the DMV and he’s now preparing an owner’s video for me that I can forward to this and all future tenants. This VENOM STRIKE cart has sooo many bells and whistles it needs its own YouTube video. It’s all very exciting!
I could go on and on, but I’ll end by saying that it is so refreshing that this level of Customer Service exists. To say that Brady, and his partner Chris go above and beyond is just the beginning. You should absolutely call these guys!!!
