I had a warranty issue with my golf cart batteries and other shops would only install products they sold. Brady was happy to help me at a very reasonable price. I had the replacement batteries drop shipped to Velocity, he pick up my cart, installed the batteries and dropped it off all in the same day. He did a terrific job of rewiring all of my accessories and even washed my cart. Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship. I've found the golf cart service industry to be a little weird, Velocity was refreshingly straight forward and honest.
We just bought our Venom golf cart at Velocity! Brady was amazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Bought the cart on Monday and was specified to our wants and delivered on Tuesday! We’re so happy with our purchase…..we have a second cart on order! (His and Hers)!
