Brady, not only is a great salesman, but also takes great care of his customers, and is always very fair. If we have any questions, he’s always there to answer them. We are very happy we went into his store and found the perfect cart, and were able to work with and get to know him.
We recently purchased a 2026 Venom Golf Cart from Brady at Velocity Golf Carts in Surprise, and just love it! The sleek design and advanced features, like the Bluetooth audio, big screen and backup camera make every ride enjoyable! It is perfect for the golf course and cruising on the road. I had a warranty issue with my golf cart batteries and other shops would only install products they sold. Brady was happy to help me at a very reasonable price. I had the replacement batteries drop shipped to Velocity, he pick up my cart, installed the batteries and dropped it off all in the same day. He did a terrific job of rewiring all of my accessories and even washed my cart. Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship. I've found the golf cart service industry to be a little weird, Velocity was refreshingly straight forward and honest.
We just bought our Venom golf cart at Velocity! Brady was amazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Bought the cart on Monday and was specified to our wants and delivered on Tuesday! We’re so happy with our purchase…..we have a second cart on order! (His and Hers)!

Update: Last two pics are in my garage after these guys performed modifications (changed interior upholstery to seats) I swear these guys do it all. !!! Highly recommend
